• As a small auto detailing business, we take your privacy seriously. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

  • Once you have scheduled your auto detailing service on the day of your service, please make sure to remove all your personal items from your vehicle prior to the team arrival. Supreme Detailing 365’s representative will conduct an inspection of your interior with you to confirm you have removed any items of value over $20.00 as we require all clients to initial on our work order that nothing over $20 of value was left inside your vehicle.Supreme Detailing 365 will not be held responsible nor accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service.

  • We will make every attempt to start or arrive within the time scheduled, however, we allow a 30 minutes grace window as each vehicle and customer is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the detailing service.

  • It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don't work or become loose and cracked without the owner's knowledge, therefore should Supreme Detailing 365 representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Supreme Detailing 365 responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car.

    Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines, and marks, shouldSupreme Detailing 365 representative find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however, Supreme Detailing 365 will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Supreme Detailing 365 will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of.

  • Our team is very friendly, we allow you to do a thorough inspection of your vehicle once our team is done, should you find anything our team has missed, simply point it out to them and they will make it right. Our team will be dedicated to making sure you're happy with your service. Should you fail to inspect your car or have someone else inspect your car on your behalf, Supreme Detailing 365 will not be responsible should you find something our team has missed later. Therefore, while our team is there and ready to assist, please take the time to inspect your vehicle.

  • When scheduling your appointment, we require a $25 deposit to hold your date and time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must provide us with a 24 hours notice, failure to provide us with a 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.

  • Weather is the main factor for our mobile service, should you schedule an appointment and the weather is forecasted for cold weather or rain, we will contact you to cancel and reschedule your appointment. We want to ensure you get the very best service by Supreme Detailing 365, therefore, when the weather is too cold, our wax does not bond to the vehicles well and ensuring you get the best from us is most important. We also care about our team and will not subject them to work in poor weather conditions.

  • Supreme Detailing 365 reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with our service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. Supreme Detailing 365 reserves the right to refuse or deny customers' demands that are above and or beyond the booked detailing service.
